Board Meetings

The Board meets at 5:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month (except July, unless otherwise posted). 
* The start time of the Regular Board meetings was changed by unanimous vote of the Board at the January 11, 2021 meeting.

Meetings are held in the Board Room at the Anderson District Two Administrative Office.  All members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend the meetings.

The following procedures are designed to encourage participation while ensuring the orderly management of board meetings. Participants will adhere to the following.
•   Read and complete a board Public Participation form (see exhibit BEDH-E) and submit it to the board’s administrative assistant by 4:00 p.m. on Friday prior to the scheduled meeting at which the individual wishes to address the board.
•   Confine comments to matters germane to the business of the board.
•   Speak only one time at any meeting and not yield time to another speaker.
•   Refrain from racial comments, obscenities, vulgarities, reference to specific individuals by name, derogatory comments about specific individuals or other breaches of respect.
•   Refrain from compliments regarding specific individuals.
•   Adhere to the three-minute time limit.
•   Understand that the board will not normally respond to speakers orally but will respond in writing within a reasonable time.
